Many people strive to gain extra bone health and come to believe that milk is the only or primary source but it is available through other whole foods. Other sources of calcium can be gotten from can get it not only from spinach, kale, broccoli, soybeans, okra, onions, almonds, salmon, and many other whole foods. Remember if you are considered lactose intolerant you do have many other foods to choose from to get your needed calcium.
